AGREEMENT DETAILS
🏊 UNIVERSE SWIMMING CLUB – CLIENT AGREEMENT
1. Agreement Duration
Starts: 04th October 2025
Ends: 27th December 2025 (unless stopped earlier by either side)
2. Registration Fee
One-time non-refundable fee:
Adults: Rs 1000
Children: Rs 800
Family Package: Rs 1200
3. Monthly Fees
Monthly fees must be paid before the 5th of each month.
Late payment: Rs 1000 late fee applies.
No lessons will be given if payment is not made.
4. Missed / Canceled Lessons
Missed or canceled lessons are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.

6. Refund Policy
All payments (registration + monthly fees) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Weather Cancellations
If there’s Cyclone Class 2 or severe weather like torrential rain lessons will be canceled and rescheduled.
8. Client Rules
Parents must be present during kids’ lessons.
Respect pool rules (be on time, proper swimwear, shower before lesson).
Inform at least 4 hours before if canceling a private lesson.
For home lessons, the client must ensure a safe and clean pool.
9. Private Coaching at Home
Minimum commitment: 1 week.
10. Ending the Agreement
If the client breaks the rules or doesn’t pay, we may stop the lessons immediately.
If the client decides to stop, no refund will be given.
11. Instructor Availability
We will do our best to keep the same coach.
If not available, we may assign a substitute coach.
If no coach is available, the session will be rescheduled or credited.
12. Photos and Videos
We may take photos/videos for promotion.
If you don’t want to appear, tell us in writing before starting lessons.
13. Equipment
We will provide necessary equipment.
Any damaged equipment due to misuse must be paid for by the client.
14. Confidentiality
All your personal and health information will stay private and safe.
15. Non-Transferable
This agreement is only for you. You cannot give it to someone else.
16. Rules for Online Use & Conduct
No sharing others’ info, posting illegal or harmful content.
One account per person.
Only local and original ads are allowed on our website.
We reserve the right to remove any post that breaks our rules.
All rights belong to Universe Swimming Club.
We may use cookies for marketing and analysis purposes.
