A privacy policy ensures our care and protection for the rights of our clients. Your privacy means a lot to the Universe swimming club, and the data collected by us does not get exploited or unrevealed to any third party.

We require some information about our students or clients before getting enrolled in our swimming center. This information is based on a form filling process.

With the collection of medical reports, the Universe swimming club also secures the client’s consent by signing the form agreeing on our terms and conditions.

This collected data will help us out to contact and keep in touch with you.

 

•     Universe swimming club ensures that data collected by such means will remain safe and never disclosed to a third party since the purpose is to make use of this info for the personal growth and evaluation of our trainees.
•     The acceptance of privacy statements is a must, but if you differ, you can discuss the reasons with us as we always try to be cooperative with our clients in all possible ways.
•     Since ourswimming training programis age-restricted, we don’t allow children under 13 to take part in this training. We strictly advise not to register your children below 13 years for any of the services provided by the Universe swimming club.
•     We don’t offer a refund in case of missing swimming lessons or not attending the training due to some reason. So make sure to participate in the training session after paying for the classes.
•     As we work on the international level, it may require us to transfer the data collected by us. So we don’t ensure the same level of security which you could get from us.
•     We can make necessary changes to policies according to the time to time requirements without any sort of notification.
